Is there really no setup fee?
Really. You pay your monthly plan and that's it. The cost of building your site is covered by the subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. If you cancel, your site comes down at the end of your billing period, or you can buy your site files outright and take them anywhere.
Do I own my domain?
Always. Your domain is registered in your name, and your content, photos and text are yours. If you already have a domain, I'll point it at your new site.
What counts as an edit?
Small changes to what's already on your site: updating prices, hours, photos, text or services. Brand-new pages or new features are quoted separately.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
Extra edits, new pages or features are billed separately, and I always quote before doing the work. You can also switch plans anytime.
How fast can my site go live?
Usually within a week of picking a plan. The demo is already built, so most of the time is just connecting your domain.
Do I have to write everything myself?
No. I'll pull from your current site, Google listing and social media, and write the rest for you. You just review it.
How do payments work?
Plans are billed automatically by card through Stripe. You get a receipt every month and can update your card anytime.
