What information Sitewell Co. collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
Sitewell Co. is a sole proprietorship operated by Aiden Rangel in California. This policy covers sitewellco.com and the website forms we run for our clients.

3. Forms on our clients' websites
When you fill out a form on a business website we host, we deliver your message to that business by email so they can reply to you. We act on that business's behalf and don't use your information for anything else. For questions about how the business uses your message, contact them directly.
4. Who we share information with
We use a few trusted service providers to run Sitewell. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and anonymous analytics
- Resend: delivering form submissions and emails
- Stripe: payments and billing
- Google: our business email inbox
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies
Sitewell sites don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics work without cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout page to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
6. How long we keep it
We keep form messages and client records as long as needed to work with you, and billing records as long as required for taxes and accounting. Lead counts are kept so clients can compare months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we need to keep it by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing aiden@sitewellco.com. We'll respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under state law, and we honor those requests the same way.
8. Security
All Sitewell sites use HTTPS. We limit access to your information to what's needed to run the service and use providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify active clients by email.
